Indore, : Saraswat Bank, India's largest Urban Co-operative Bank, slashed its interest rates on loans w.e.f. 15th December 2020, on its major loan products like Home Loan, Car Loan, Loan against property and Gold Loan. Under the Swastik Bonanza scheme, the Bank, along with the rate cuts, has bundled additional benefits such as discount on processing fee, up to 100% finance and free NETC FASTag.  These rate cuts and benefits can be availed till 31st March 2021.

This step is taken as a measure to ease the current financial crisis prevalent in the market and enable customers to balance their credit requirements easily and conveniently. In the New Year, the slashing of rates will surely benefit customers in fulfilling their financial needs and prove economically feasible.

 

Earlier in October, the Bank had extended concession on major parameters like interest rate, processing fee, margin, etc. on some of its loan products, on the festive occasions ofDussehra and Diwali, to benefit customers. This was done to bring some relief to customers / end-users from the ongoing economic slowdown due to pandemic.The recent revision in rates will further add to this relief and extend economic flexibility and benefits to the customers. The latest feather in the Bank’s cap is its recognition as the 2^nd best bank in India in the World’s Best Banks 2020 survey conducted by the prestigious Forbes magazine.

इंदौर, । सारस्‍वत बैंक, भारत के सबसे बड़े अर्बन को-ऑपरेटिव बैंक ने दि. 15 दिसंबर 2020 से होम लोन, कार लोन, संपत्ति पर लोन, और गोल्‍ड लोन जैसे प्रमुख लोन उत्‍पादों पर अपनी ब्‍याज दरों को घटा दिया है। स्‍वास्तिक बोनान्‍जा स्‍कीम के तहत, बैंक ने दरों में कटौती के अलावा, कई अतिरिक्‍त फायदों की भी घोषणा की है। इनमें प्रोसेसिंग फीस में छूट, 100 प्रतिशत तक फाइनेंस और फ्री NETC FASTag शामिल हैं। दरों में इन कटौती और अतिरिक्‍त बेनिफिट्स का लाभ दि. 31 मार्च 2021 तक उठाया जा सकता है।

यह कदम बाजार में मौजूदा वित्‍तीय संकट को कम करने तथा ग्राहकों को उनकी ॠण आवश्‍यकताओं को आसानी से बैलेंस करने में सक्षम बनाने के उपाय के तौर पर उठाए गए हैं।  नए साल में दरों में कटौती निश्चित रूप से ग्राहकों को उनकी वित्‍तीय जरूरतें पूरी करने में लाभ पहुंचाएगी और आर्थिक रूप से व्‍यावहारिक साबित होगी। इससे पहले अक्‍टूबर में, बैंक ने दशहरा और दिवाली जैसे त्‍योहारी अवसरों पर ग्राहकों को लाभ पहुंचाने के लिए अपने कुछ लोन प्रोडक्‍ट्स पर ब्‍याज दर, प्रोसेसिंग फीस, मार्जिन इत्‍यादि जैसे प्रमुख मानकों पर रियायत दी थी। महामारी के कारण मौजूदा आर्थिक मंदी से ग्राहकों/अंतिम उपयोक्‍ताओं को कुछ राहत देने के लिए ऐसा किया गया था।  ब्‍याज दरों में की गई कटौती से इस राहत में और बढ़ोतरी होगी और लाभ ग्राहकों तक पहुंचेंगे। प्रतिष्ठित फोर्ब्‍स मैगजीन द्वारा किये गए वर्ल्‍ड्ज बेस्‍ट बैंक्‍स 2020 सर्वे में भारत के दूसरे सर्वश्रेष्‍ठ बैंक का सम्‍मान मिलना यह बैंक को मिली एक और उपलब्धि है।
