मल्होत्रा ने ऐतराज जताते हुए कहा की HSRP नंबर प्लेट प्राप्त करने की
पूरी प्रक्रिया जटिल हो रही है और निवासियों के लिए एक बड़ा सिरदर्द है।
प्रशासन ने एजेंसियों को यह काम सौंपा है और वे केवल नकद में पैसा स्वीकार
कर रहे हैं। वरिष्ठ नागरिकों / महिलाओं को स्टिकर के लिए पर्ची प्राप्त
करने के लिए नकद जमा करने के लिए 3 से 4 घंटे से अधिक समय तक खड़ा रहना पद
रहा है । बाद में वाहन मालिकों को एचएसआरपी और स्टिकर के निर्धारण के लिए
वेंडर की डिलीवरी स्लिप के साथ फिर से आरएलए / एसटीए कार्यालय आना पड़ता
है, जो समय की एक बड़ी बर्बादी है। वाहन मालिकों द्वारा कैश जमा करने से
बचने के लिए, हम आपसे चंडीगढ़ में ऑनलाइन HSRP सेवा को लागू करने का अनुरोध
करते हैं, जैसा कि दिल्ली, यूपी, हिमाचल प्रदेश आदि में किया जाता है ...,
जहाँ वाहन ऑनर HSRP को ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं और HSRP शुल्क का भुगतान
कर सकते हैं। प्रक्रिया को आसान व् जल्द करने के लिए, आप आरडब्ल्यूए /
एमडब्ल्यूए को शामिल कर सकते हैं और बाजारों और आवासीय सोसाइटियों में
शिविर स्थापित करने में उनकी सेवाएं ले सकते हैं। क्रॉफेड रेसिडेंट्स की
सुविधा के लिए शहर में वाहन मालिकों को उच्च सुरक्षा पंजीकरण प्लेट
(एचएसआरपी) और ईंधन आधारित रंग-कोडित स्टिकर की होम डिलीवरी का सुझाव देते
हैं
This is in context with the orders of Chandigarh Administration
regarding colored coded stickers on four wheel vehicles.( High security
plates, Diesel/ petrol identification sticker ), we hereby bring to your
kind information that the whole process of getting HSRP Number Plate is
becoming cumbersome and a big headache for the residents.
Administration has assigned this job to agencies and they are accepting
money only in cash. Senior citizens/ ladies have to stand for more than 3
to 4 hours just to deposit cash to obtain a slip for stickers. Later on
vehicle owners have to come again to RLA/STA office with vendor's
delivery slip for fixation of HSRPs and stickers, which is a big waste
of precious time. To avoid first stage exercise by the vehicle owners,
we request you to implement online HSRP service in Chandigarh as
already done in Delhi, UP, Himachal Pradesh etc..., where vehicle owners
can apply HSRP online and pay HSRP fees. To speed up the process, you
can involve RWA's / MWA's and take their services in setting up camps in
markets and residential societies. We further suggest home delivery of
high-security registration plates (HSRP) and fuel-based colour-coded
stickers to vehicle owners in the city for their convenience.
