हिंदू धर्म के रक्षक श्री गुरु तेग बहादुर जी की शहादत से एक दिन पहले उन्हें डराने के लिए चांदनी चौंक में उनके सिख भाई मति दास जी को आरे से दो टुकड़े कर दिए गए,भाई सती दस जी को रुई में लपेट जिंदा जलाया गया, भाई दयाल जी को देग में उबाल कर शहीद किया गया। उनकी शहादत को बारम्बार प्रणाम
